Upgrading Wordpress
By Max | August 4, 2007
Today I managed to upgrade wordpress without too much trouble. I guess my setup is ideal for upgrading, because all I had to do was ftp the files over and the process was basically done. I wonder what problems other people run into? At least now I shouldn’t have to worry as much about those pesky hackers.

I upgraded a couple weeks ago. Not too bad.
The biggest stress was just thinking that it will all screw up, but the procedure is pretty straight forward as long as you follow those instruction thingies.

Of course as soon as I upgraded they released a new security patch. 2.2.2 is out.

Joshua is right…upgrading WP is a piece of cake but the first time is nerve-wracking especially if you have a lot of posts already!
