Macfreeware

By Max | April 5, 2007

I got outbid on this site. Its sitting at $27000 right now. Thats about my upper limit. I am sure the site is undermonetized, but I can’t justify spending more right now, since the price I would have to pay limits my upside potential. I don’t think this site will go for much above $30k if it reaches that point. On top of the sale price I would have to also buy a Mac so that I could write competent reviews. This increases my costs further, so I don’t think its prudent for me to pursue this site any further.

Yeah, I think $27k is getting up there. Someone in the comments of the auction mentioned that they would pay $35k if allowed to pay in installments.
