Purchase Pitfalls #1

Be sure to find out how much hosting costs are for a potential purchase. If a website makes $400/month, but requires a $100/month hosting plan, that will eat into your profits considerably since you’ll only be netting $300/month. Obviously this changes the valuation considerably.
Be wary of the price you pay for a proxy site. Proxy sites are notorious resource hogs and may require a more expensive hosting plan.
